Refund Policy

Overview
At TimberLink, we want every order to meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for orders placed through our platform.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A valid order number and reason for return must be provided.
- Item must not be a custom-cut, custom-fabricated, or special-order product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Cut-to-size or custom-dimensioned plywood, MDF, or laminates.
- Fabric cut off the roll (any length).
- Foam cut or shaped to specification.
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Items purchased during clearance or liquidation sales.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photographs of the damage/defect.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).
- For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods), we will arrange and cover the return pickup at no cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead.
