Delivery Coverage

TimberLink currently delivers exclusively within Pune and PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation). This includes all major areas such as:

• Shivaji Nagar, Deccan, Camp, Koregaon Park
• Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Fursungi, Wanowrie
• Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Wakad, Hinjewadi
• Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi, Akurdi, Dehu Road
• Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Warje, Bavdhan
• Undri, Kondhwa, Sus, Pirangut, Chakan

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to check availability.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above ₹5,000.
• Orders below ₹5,000: flat delivery charge of ₹200–₹400 depending on location and material weight.
• Bulk orders (vehicles/truck loads) are quoted separately with dedicated logistics.

Material Handling

Timber, plywood sheets, and MDF boards are heavy and oversized materials. Our delivery team is trained to:

• Safely load and unload at your premises.
• Deliver to ground floor or building lobby (upper-floor delivery subject to availability of lift/stairs and additional charges).
• Handle materials with care to prevent warping, scratches, or breakage.

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled window. Our team will call before delivery. If no one is available:

• A re-delivery will be scheduled (re-delivery charges may apply).
• Order cannot be left unattended due to the nature of the materials.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification with an estimated delivery window. You can also track your order via the My Orders section in your account.
