1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimberLink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of TimberLink. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Platform Usage

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Use our Platform for commercial resale without prior written consent.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without valid reason.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
• Product images are indicative. Actual material grain, texture, and color may vary.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item purchased per customer.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon payment success and our acceptance.
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and select wallets via Razorpay.
• In case of payment failure, funds held will be released within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. TimberLink is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, public holidays, etc.).

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, product descriptions, images, and text — is the property of TimberLink or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TimberLink shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, logistics partners, etc.).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
